Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds for Custom Decorated Garments

Once an order for customised garments has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), which exclude “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” from standard returns.

If there are special circumstances we may at our discretion agree to cancel an order before production begins, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid, minus a 20% cancellation fee calculated on the full order value to cover our out of pocket expenses.

Any artwork creation or sampling costs already incurred by our artwork team in preparing your order will also be charged. These will be calculated on a job by basis and be at our discretion

Credit notes can be used against future purchases and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that goods are faulty or incorrect.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged or faulty items, please let us know within 30 days for a replacement or refund. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds. If approved, we’ll send you a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) and make arrangements for its return.
