How to request a refund
To return an item, please submit your request within 14 working days of receiving your order. Email us at "refunds@workweargiant.co.uk" with your order details and the reason for return. We’ll then send you a Returns form and Authorisation Code (RAC). Once you have the these, kindly return the form with your items within 3 working days.
You’ll need to pay for return shipping, which is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we’ll deduct the cost of shipping your original order. For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable service.
Ensure items are unused, in original condition, and include all tags. Returns without an RAC will be reviewed if within our 14-day policy. If items are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, a partial refund or refusal may apply.
If your refund request isn’t approved, we’ll keep the items for 30 days so you can arrange to have them sent back to you. After 30 days, they’ll be donated to charity.
We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return and approved your refund, which may take up to 10 working days to show in your account. If you haven’t received it after this time, please drop us an email.
Refunds for Custom Decorated Garments
Once an order for customised garments has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), which exclude “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” from standard returns.
If there are special circumstances we may at our discretion agree to cancel an order before production begins, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid, minus a 20% cancellation fee calculated on the full order value to cover our out of pocket expenses.
Any artwork creation or sampling costs already incurred by our artwork team in preparing your order will also be charged. These will be calculated on a job by basis and be at our discretion
Credit notes can be used against future purchases and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that goods are faulty or incorrect.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged or faulty items, please let us know within 30 days for a replacement or refund. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds. If approved, we’ll send you a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) and make arrangements for its return.
